We’re proud of our workmanship and our products at Kelley’s! So much so that we warrant our equipment and supplies to be free of defects in workmanship and material. If within thirty days of purchase you determine that an item you purchased from Kelley’s is defective, simply do the following:

  • Call for a Return Authorization (R.A.)
  • Make sure the product is un-abused, unused and unaltered
  • Return the merchandise (enclose a copy of your sales invoice) within 30 days of purchase

Items returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Free Shipping Restrictions 

Restrictions apply: Free shipping available to the lower 48 States with a $200.00 minimum order. Click here to view a list of excluded items. Special Note: Free shipping allowed on truck orders; however, Walter T. Kelley reserves the right to choose shipping method. 

Delivery Time

We pride ourselves on quick delivery! Our standard shipment response time is less than two business days from order placement, with most shipments leaving our door within one business day.  On those few occasions when items are placed on back-order, you will be notified at the time of your order or within 2 business days to allow you to maintain or adjust your order per your direction.

Walter T. Kelley is proud to offer UPS My Choice to our customers. This Free Service allows you to receive Email or Text Alerts about your delivery including estimated delivery times. Shipping Bees and Queens

We are able to ship 3lb. packages and queens through the United States Postal Service (USPS). 3 lb. packages are shipped every Saturday in April and May; queens are shipped from April through September. Kelley's will insure all bee packages through zones 1-4. Packages can be shipped as far as zone 5 but they will be shipped at customer's own risk. Nucs are pick up only. For Walter T. Shipping Charges

Please refer to the weight and zone chart in the catalog to determine shipping charges. Due to frequent changes in cost & weight guidelines by UPS and other carriers, our charts are ESTIMATED shipping cost only. To use the charts first determine your shipping zone. You will then need to take your shipping zone and approximate weight of your order to establish your estimated shipping expense. Your actual shipping cost will be determined when your product is picked and packed in our shipping department.

You are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. We also have “Next Day”, “2 Day” and “3 Day” shipping available at an additional cost.
