A: Yes, we are continuing to operate to serve the needs of our customers. As of now, our retail space is open with normal hours. As a courtesy to our staff and other customers, we encourage you to call in and place an order for pick-up.
Are you still shipping orders?
A: Yes, we are continuing to fulfill orders and ship them out from all our locations to the best of our ability. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
I have pre-ordered bees for pick-up. Are you still having bee days?
A: Yes, we are still having bee days at all participating locations. We will be contacting customers who have ordered bees for pick-up via email to schedule a pick-up time and by phone as needed as well. Our retail store will not be open to the public during bee days. You will be able to preorder product to be picked up. If you wish to change your order to be shipped direct to your door, please call 800-233-2899. Additional fees will apply.
