Medium Nuc Kit

A nuc (short for nucleus colony) is a small colony made up of a few thousand bees, all centered on a queen. With this kit, you can assemble your own box to hold a nuc colony! Nuc boxes are perfect for raising queens, transferring colonies, splitting colonies, and even catching swarms. Having a nuc colony can also give you a more solid foundation for a colony than you might get with packaged bees.

Note: Nuc items are sold unassembled. They do not include frames or foundations. These products are not available for painting.
